Women's healthcare is a fundamental human right. I will fight for the repeal of the Henry Hyde Amendment so that no restrictions are enforced upon public funding for women who choose to be freed of any pregnancy they do not want. Life begins with a willing healthy mom. Mandatory pregnancy laws constitute involuntary servitude and theocratic enactments by illegal religious lobbyists. Healthcare is as vital to each person as is defending our shores or protecting our air and water quality. [...] 843-926-1750 @VoteLarryDis114

g) Other or expanded principles:
South Carolina has dozens of tax exemptions which severely limit revenue and placing an undue burden on existing tax payers. My proposed increases in funding for vital programs will be accomplished by repealing all such exemptions & providing a slight decrease in tax rates for all tax payers. A blue ribbon panel has recommended many such repeals. I'd go one step further and eliminate all property tax exemptions and to rebate pro rata 99% of new taxes collected to existing property tax payers. I shall prefile such bills the same day I am installed in the legislature.
again as stated above, eliminating all exemptions to special interests will make possible a slight decrease in most taxes while all entities will pay their fair share and actual rebates will be issued to existing property tax payers while collecting from currently exempt properties... [...] the CHURCH LAND SPECULATORS EXEMPTION [...] ....the only purpose of such a law is for cash rich corporations already tax exempt on utilized property to speculate for future sales of a parcel at a huge profit.
our state budget is bloated with political appointees at excessive salaries, I would vote to cut the Governor's staff and limit their over payment of paycheck & benefits such as travel & seminars... I would vote to raise salaries of line workers and lower executive pay in all agencies...corporations pay such a small tax yet benefit greatly from doing business within the state... legislating fair taxes and recovering state property sold at extremely low prices would be my highest priority... the state will become an income producer with state owned utilities & transportation services/railways

a) Do you support limits on the following types of contributions for state candidates?

Yes 1) Individual
Yes 2) Political Action Committee
Yes 3) Corporate

Yes b) Should candidates for state office be encouraged to meet voluntary spending limits?
Yes c) Do you support requiring full and timely disclosure of campaign finance information?
Yes d) Do you support the use of an independent AND/OR bipartisan commission for redistricting?
No e) Do you support requiring a government-issued photo identification in order to vote at the polls?
we can fund elections for 2 pennies per day per taxpayer and require State tv & radio to provide equal air time to all candidates qualified by petition rather than partisan appointments alone... AZ & CT have adopted such a system I would vote for and I would lobby Congress to order the FCC to re-establish equal time fair reporting and end the political bias of FCC license holders
No a) Do you support capital punishment for certain crimes?
Yes b) Do you support alternatives to incarceration for certain non-violent offenders, such as mandatory counseling or substance abuse treatment?
Yes c) Do you support decriminalizing the possession of small amounts of marijuana?
No d) Should a minor accused of a violent crime be prosecuted as an adult?
No e) Should a minor who sends sexually-explicit or nude photos by cell phone face criminal charges?
No f) Do you support the enforcement of federal immigration laws by state and local police?
I support community standards and neighborhood public safety patrols.... by decriminalizing industrial, medicinal and recreational hemp users, while enforcing impaired driving law, we will greatly reduce crime making our state safer, home cultivation of many drugs such as coca leaves and poppies will greatly reduce the international importation and narco terrorist weapons proliferation.... the black market creates the problem and decriminalizing drugs puts the responsibility upon the user to produce their own drugs currently illegal to possess or purchase

Yes g) Do you support providing direct financial assistance to homeowners facing foreclosure?
I condemn the Speaker & Governor for sequestering CountryWide/BofA federal settlement dollars and insist that such finds go directly to foreclosed families and aid families facing foreclosure & reducing interest rates and over valued principal..... I will prefile a bill to require public employees unions and repeal all restrictions upon collective bargaining. Unions save lives and our 9 dead firefighters were killed due to denial of union safety equipment and union safety work rules contracts standard in all Union friendly states... there is no such thing as a right to work cheating unions of representation costs/dues of the worker

Yes f) Do you support the state government providing college students with financial aid?
Yes g) Should illegal immigrants who graduate from South Carolina high schools be eligible for in-state tuition at public universities?
some charter schools under SC law are fitting and proper to return local control to parents and communities, but I vigorously oppose any charter to religious schools and racially discriminating schools ... SC has fine science standards but poor funding to implement science with equipment, texts and decent salaries to science teachers.. I propose a public private partnership with industry and state universities to share more technical skills and teaching skills ... I will do what ever is necessary to recover the state educational television digital network wrongfully sold to Verizon and put a computer in every home for students
Yes a) Do you support state funding for the development of alternative energy?

SC rivers & ocean shore ways have room for miles of wave electric power generation. We'll build, own, install and operate wind and solar electric generation atop every exhaust pipe, smoke stack & rooftop.. shut down nukes and force nuke waste producers to retain their waste on site where it is allegedly "safe" at the stock holders cost.... we can reduce fossil fuel burning by 99% and increase our economy by 158% by building hydrogen fuel engines and use sweet potato ethanol as a transitional fuel additive in existing vehicles ending the importation of corn ethanol from Iowa & outstate
No a) Do you support restrictions on the purchase and possession of guns?
Yes b) Should background checks be required on gun sales between private citizens at gun shows?
Yes c) Should citizens be allowed to carry concealed guns?
No d) Should a license be required for gun possession?
A well regulated militia is necessary for the defense of a free state, the right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.... I am a US Navy vet and our communities need skilled citizens in crime prevention... homes will be safer when more homeowners are armed to protect from criminals who might invade or burglarize... when more storekeepers are prepared to defend from armed robbery, far fewer criminals will feel emboldened to invade shops with security, we must prevent the mentally ill and domestically violent people from possessing arms
Yes a) Do you support a universally-accessible, publicly-administered health insurance option?
No b) Do you support expanding access to health care through commercial health insurance reform?
Yes c) Do you support interstate health insurance compacts?
No d) Do you support requiring individuals to purchase health care insurance?
No e) Do you support monetary limits on damages that can be collected in malpractice lawsuits?
Yes f) Do you support allowing doctors to prescribe marijuana to their patients for medicinal purposes?
Healthcare is a human right. We need not for profit medicine. HR 676 will go a long way to ensure Medicaid for anyone who needs it funds fair prices for healthcare. We can expand our military and state hospital system to include families & co-workers of veterans and provide healthcare in state facilities at low cost... for profit and religious hospitals must provide all needed care to patients at established rates... Employers are being squeezed by killer insurance companies now rewarded with Obombneycare monopoly... Let employees vote with their feet retaining good insurance or choosing public Medicaid
No a) Should marriage only be between one man and one woman?
Yes b) Should same-sex couples be allowed to form civil unions?
Yes c) Do you support the inclusion of sexual orientation in South Carolina's anti-discrimination laws?
Yes d) Do you support the inclusion of gender identity in South Carolina's anti-discrimination laws?
we must end the religious discrimination against any group of people ... we must add 2nd degree murder as an available charge for those who attack and kill people of any sexual orientation, Marriage Equality must be the law of our land and I will vote to ratify the Equal Rights Amendment until the 38th state has made E.R.A. OUR HIGHEST LAW and 28th Amendment I'd vote to ratify a corporations as property amendment to deny corporations any political influence though donations and lobbying, ending the revolving door of corporations writing our laws.
equalization of taxation, full union membership required for all public employees to organize and make workplaces safer and unbiased in administration, full employment through public construction of green energy and transportation systems & vehicles... THESE LAST 2 GOALS WILL BE FUNDED IN PARTY BY GOAL ONE, issuance of public bonds in small increments so all workers can invest in SC trains, trams, power generation and public works such as parks, tourism and public health institutions 843-926-1750 @VoteLarryDis114 Larry_Carter_Center@yahoo.com www.hireLarryFireBobby.com @Greens926_1750
